Terms & Conditions Limau 55 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Limau 55 ("Platform," "we," "us"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, content, and features available on the Limau 55 platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related digital channels.

By registering an account on Limau 55, making any deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of our platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out in this document. This acceptance also covers all related policies, including Limau 55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Limau 55 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. To register for and use the Limau 55 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Hold a valid and active Malaysian bank account or e-wallet

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with Limau 55. Owning more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Should Limau 55 identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended and the associated balances and winnings will be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Limau 55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

All financial transactions on the Limau 55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made via payment methods listed and approved by Limau 55.

Accepted Payment Methods

All withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Limau 55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If a user requests a withdrawal to a different account from the one used for deposit, Limau 55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing the request.

Limau 55 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, Limau 55 may request additional supporting documents and may take up to 7 business days to review and process the withdrawal request.

Limau 55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all Limau 55 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only who have never previously registered an account with Limau 55
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only — attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or redeemed directly for cash
• Limau 55 reserves the right to void bonuses in the event of misuse or suspicious activity
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective offer — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited

A wagering requirement refers to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 1,000 in aggregate before you can withdraw funds associated with that bonus.

Limau 55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time. Any changes to an ongoing bonus programme will be communicated to affected users via email or in-platform notification with at least 48 hours' notice.

All bets placed on the Limau 55 platform are subject to the applicable betting rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all risks associated with sports and casino betting activity.

5.1 Bet Settlement

All bet outcomes on Limau 55 are final and not subject to dispute, unless there is a clear and provable technical error. Limau 55 uses internationally recognised match data sources to determine bet outcomes. Any dispute regarding a result must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the bet settlement date.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Activities

Limau 55 reserves the right to void and reject any bet deemed invalid, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Bets placed after a match has started without valid in-play confirmation
• Bets that exploit technical errors or clearly incorrect odds in the system
• Bets found to be linked to match-fixing or sports fraud
• Bets placed by individuals who possess insider information about the relevant match
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotions (bonus abuse)

5.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed, cancelled, or cannot be completed within the timeframe stipulated by Limau 55, all related bets will be declared void and the stake will be refunded in full to the user's account. 5.4 Betting Limits

Limau 55 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for specific matches or individual user accounts based on risk assessment without providing reasons. VIP users may apply for higher betting limits through the customer support channel.

Limau 55 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner toward the platform and other users at all times. The following are strictly prohibited on the Limau 55 platform:

• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the platform
• Deliberately exploiting technical bugs or system errors
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets or bonuses
• Using your Limau 55 account for business or commercial purposes
• Disrupting or attacking the platform's technical infrastructure
• Using a VPN or location-masking service to conceal your true location

Any breach of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all related balances and winnings, and legal action where appropriate. Limau 55 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity.

Limau 55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including breaches of the terms of use, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request.

Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is underway. During the suspension period, the user will not be able to make deposits, place bets, or withdraw funds. Limau 55 will complete its investigation within 14 business days and notify the user of the outcome.

Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the Limau 55 support team via email at support@limau55.onl. Before closure is processed, all eligible active balances will be returned once the relevant conditions have been met. Account closure typically takes between 3 and 7 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Users who feel the need to take a break from betting can use the self-exclusion option in their account settings. The self-exclusion period can be set anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent to the user.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and Limau 55 within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone will be deemed void and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
